The Federal Copyright Act specifies copyrighted materials like movies can be used publicly if properly licensed. However, neither the rental nor purchase of a movie carries the right to exhibit it outside of one’s home. The good news is that Swank can properly license movies for a copyright compliant exhibition.

Communication on whether the event is remotely possible over 50% chance is cause for concern
If the weather circumstances are discussed and it is decided by the client to continue with the assumed risk we will be paid on arrival.
If rain is low projected or not at all and the movie is started then it starts raining we will be paid
Rain dates are flexible with each client. Typically when available they are the next open date.
Extenuating circumstances can be rescheduled- Including but not limited to our arrival then rain coming without us setting up.
If rain looks like it will pass over I can wait with clients request or look into a reschedule
